Progression Quest

Progression Quest - The game that evolves with you!

Progression Quest was a semester-long project for Prosper Career Independent Study in my senior year. It currently features four game modes: (Flappy, Space Shooter, Platformer, and FPS). I am not fully satisfied with some aspects of the game, but overall I am proud of the result.

Controls

Space to Jump

WASD to move

Left Mouse - Primary fire

E - Interact/Pick Up

Custom Game Mode Select

1. On the title screen, enter a number from (1-4) in the text field at the bottom right-hand corner

2. Click the checkmark next to it

3. Press play

Clear save data

Press the red button in the left-hand corner. This will erase all saved data.

Is my game data saved between sessions?

Yes. The game saves all critical data upon every death, checkpoint, or game-over. You may safely exit the game between sessions.

How was this project created?

This project was done over the course of a semester with the guidance of my mentor, Jeremy Kincaid. It is made in Unity using C#

Is this project still in development?

Not at the moment, but I will likely come back to it in the future.

Mac support/Bug found?

While the game should run on Mac, I have not had the opportunity to test it. Please report any issues that may arise so that I may fix them.

How to change the game mode?

As of the moment, changing game modes mid-game is not supported. If you wish to change game modes, simply restart the game and change the level.
